About me

  • Strategic:
    • Help identify Investment Banking deal opportunities based on the investment criteria; assist with proposal preparation and other documentation (drafting of memos, NDAs’ ELs, etc.)
    • Leading the execution of transactions from preparation of investor and management presentations, financial models, valuations, negotiations, due diligence, CMA filing and documentation up until negotiation of transaction documents, execution and closing
    • Supervising, managing and mentoring junior team members including Associates and Analysts
    • Leading calls/ and meetings with external advisors; managing the transaction preparation and due diligence/CMA filing process; specifically third party advisors
    • Assist in meeting the revenue and other financial targets/ KPIs for the department by generating business and building/ maintaining internal and external relationships
    • Assist the Head / Director of the department in any other area of work as and where required
    • Assist in Private Equity post-acquisition work streams (reporting to unitholders, implement corporate governance, monitor business plan/KPI, etc.)
    • Assist in exit of transactions in order to maximize value creation for unitholders and MEFIC’s performance revenues

  • Client and Customers:
    • Help manage fund-raising efforts and establishing/maintaining client relationships.
    • Leading the go-to-market strategy for investment banking mandates including market sounding roadshow presentations, bidding and subscription processes
    • Support Director/ Head by arranging and attending meetings and conference calls as required

  • Compliance & Regulatory: 
    • Comply with CMA regulations and follow MEFIC compliance policies.
    • Ensure nil CMA fines and/or violations to the department

 

  • Quality:
    • Sustain/improve quality by maintaining a well-planned deal process and implementing best practices.
    • Coordinating with Head/Director and various team members and departments to ensure smooth transaction processes
    • Ensure high quality deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
